Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Supervisor:
- Proven experience in the apartment industry is MANDATORY
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage team performance, including training and development
- Regularly report on the financial performance, occupancy rates, and lease expirations to property stakeholders
- Oversee rent collection processes, manage late payments, and handle operational expenditures
- Possess sales management and marketing acumen to effectively promote services to prospective and current residents
- Address and resolve tenant concerns, disturbances, and compliance issues
- Conduct routine property inspections, including assessments of vacated units
- Experience managing conventional apartment communities with a minimum of 200 units
- Strong skills in stress management, time management, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; detail-oriented and highly organized
- Stable employment history is ESSENTIAL
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not a requirement
- The community comprises 243 residential units
