Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Supervisor:

  • Proven experience in the apartment industry is MANDATORY
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage team performance, including training and development
  • Regularly report on the financial performance, occupancy rates, and lease expirations to property stakeholders
  • Oversee rent collection processes, manage late payments, and handle operational expenditures
  • Possess sales management and marketing acumen to effectively promote services to prospective and current residents
  • Address and resolve tenant concerns, disturbances, and compliance issues
  • Conduct routine property inspections, including assessments of vacated units
  • Experience managing conventional apartment communities with a minimum of 200 units
  • Strong skills in stress management, time management, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Stable employment history is ESSENTIAL
  • Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are advantageous but not a requirement
  • The community comprises 243 residential units
