Job Overview

At SANINC, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our team of Maintenance Engineers in a heavy industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules, budgets, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop solutions to improve overall plant efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5+ years experience leading a team of Maintenance Engineers in a heavy industrial environment.
    • Further experience working with a variety of Industrial machinery in the automotive industry environment which can include presses, rolled material, automation as well as finishing of metal products.
    • PLC experience with Siemens and/or Allen Bradley preferred.
    • Well organized managing Bill of materials, as well as capital expenditures.
    • Relocation available.
