We are seeking an experienced AP Clerk to join our team in Rancho Cordova. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can manage full cycle accounts payable processes efficiently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for computing and recording numerical data, verifying business transactions, and performing administrative duties. Experience working with VISUAL ERP is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter vendor invoices into the Visual ERP System and verify approvals.
- Reconcile month-end AP aging to the general ledger.
- Process weekly vendor checks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- AA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
