Mobile Health Services Representative

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Mobile Health Services Representative to join our team in Fort Smith, AR. As a part-time representative, you will be responsible for driving the mobile clinic safely and efficiently to designated locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the mobile clinic and report any issues or malfunctions to the Manager, Health Plan Operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the mobile clinics interior and exterior.
  • Assist the Health Plan Operations team with setting up and breaking down the mobile clinics equipment and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to ArcBest and ABF Freight employees who visit the mobile clinic.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and ArcBest policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and health.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience driving or operating a bus or large motor vehicle is required.
  • The ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening is necessary.
  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • The ability to drive long distances and overnight as needed.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading the mobile clinic.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is desired.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and locations.

Compensation:** $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. Average hours worked per week: fewer than 30 hours.
