Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at NSC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial and industrial construction and maintenance companies to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Manage and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- College degree preferred.
