Job Description

As a General Surgeon with the US ARMY - 2nd Medical Recruiting Battalion, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating patients with injuries or disorders. You will lead medical units, provide patient care, conduct medical research on diseases, and develop disease prevention and health programs to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose patients with injuries or disorders.
  • Treat patients through surgery or other medical interventions.
  • Lead medical units and provide direction to team members.
  • Conduct medical research on diseases and develop new treatments.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral degree in medicine (MD) or equivalent.
  • Board certification in general surgery.
  • Licenses to practice medicine in the United States.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a surgeon.
