Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Develop and implement plans to address patients' physical and emotional needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Must be licensed in the state of Texas or be eligible to be licensed
- Acute Care NP or PA is required for this position
- Candidates with CVICU experience as an Acute Care NP or PA required for this position
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical and mental stamina. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of patient acuity. You will be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
