Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Writer to join our team at Midas LAKELAND 3173. As a Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, writing up tickets, and selling jobs to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and close the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide detailed explanations of technician recommendations
  • Write up tickets, answer phones, and maintain a clean showroom
  • Utilize sales ability to sell jobs to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Requirements
  • Automotive knowledge and experience in sales
  • Knowledge of RO Writer is a plus
  • Ability to work Saturdays and open the shop
  • Flexibility to work 8:00am-6:00pm, 5 days a week
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
