About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to support our SVP of Sales in driving business growth and success. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for streamlining activities, managing personnel, and ensuring the SVP of Sales can focus on growing our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an adviser to the SVP of Sales and senior management team, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Assist the SVP Sales in facilitating effective decision-making, organizing and coordinating the execution of strategic initiatives, and resolving issues.
  • Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to address issues, build plans, and deliver programs.
  • Lead a team of Program Managers supporting NA Sales, ensuring all Sales Leadership team issues are addressed properly, efficiently, and judiciously.
  • Act as the voice of the SVP of Sales on social media and internal communications.
Requirements
  • 5 years executive level engagement experience.
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong analytical skills and adept at using key data, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Effective, versatile, and action-oriented.
  • Proficient with social media.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field a plus.
