We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Leidos. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines and scopes of work.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality delivery processes and execution, and effectively document progress in workflow systems.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Cataloging and Data Entry: Conduct basic analysis for cataloging objects and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure quality and adherence to production guidelines.
  • Project Execution: Assist in the execution of projects, including the development and maintenance of high levels of team effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Active TS/SCI with Poly required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Educational Projects: Previous experience working on educational projects is preferred.
  • Experience with Multi-Media/Multi-Function Projects: Experience working on multi-media/multi-function projects is preferred.
  • Experience with Museum Artifacts: Previous experience working with museum artifacts is preferred.
