Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing documentation and case notes. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
