Achieving True Self is a leading provider of evidence-based treatment services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Achieving True Self, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing training and supervision to our team members. You will work closely with our clinical staff to deliver exceptional, consumer-focused treatment services to our young clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and reassessment evidence-based assessments
  • Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide training and supervision to team members
  • Maintain and complete data collection and treatment records
  • Emphasize individual motivation and engagement to create a space for ongoing progress

Requirements
