The estimated annual salary for this role is $234,700 - $267,900, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of experienced software engineers and contribute to the development of a cutting-edge enterprise platform. As a Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full stack systems.
  • Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences for millions of Americans.
  • Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
  • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • At least 4 years of people management experience

Eligibility

This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
