Landscaping Crew Leader Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team at BrightView Landscapes, LLC- DE. As a key member of our outdoor operations team, you will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-5 team members in various service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members
* Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met
* Identify more efficient ways to perform work
* Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and proactively assisting in achieving a resolution
* Provide the Production Manager with feedback on crew members
* Assist the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members
* Turning in accurate crew time logs
* Ensure all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
* Ensure equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance
* Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles

**Requirements:**

* Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field
