Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at FedEx, you will be responsible for following instructions from supervisors and assisting other team members in performing store functions. You will also assist in the training of store team members and demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized needs. Additionally, you will be expected to provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
