**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Administering prescribed therapies in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate care plans.
- Documenting patient information accurately in medical records.
- Communicating effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and treatment plans.
- Educating patients and their families about treatment options and care processes.

Qualifications
**Minimum Requirements:**
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) with at least two years of clinical experience.
- A valid and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
- Multi-state licensure may be necessary for those providing services across state lines.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
