Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC lathe operator to join our team at Cascade Solutions. As a CNC Machinist Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining centers, programming and optimizing CNC programs, creating work documents, and turning components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC machining centers, ensuring accurate and efficient production
  • Independently program and optimize CNC programs to meet production requirements
  • Create detailed work documents to facilitate communication and quality control
  • Turn components to precise specifications, using advanced CNC technology
Requirements
  • Completed training as a machinist, toolmaker, or precision mechanic
  • Professional experience in turning technology, with a strong understanding of CNC principles
  • Ability to work in a 2-shift operation, with flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to take on responsibility
