Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of our restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring efficient use of our dining areas.
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of their server's name, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
