About the Position

This is a full-time opportunity for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team at Mount Sinai South Nassau, an acute care and teaching hospital in Oceanside, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients, as well as participating in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients in a variety of settings, including the operating room and post-anesthesia care unit
  • Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with other members of the anesthesia team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the education and training of residents and medical students
Requirements
  • M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited College of Medicine
  • ECFMC and FLEX certification
  • Completion of an approved residency in anesthesia
  • Current licensure as a physician
