TrueCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As a Pediatric LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care to children and families in our outpatient community clinic.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced LVN who is bilingual in Spanish and English to work in our pediatric department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to children and families in our outpatient clinic
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing
* Current California LVN License
* BLS American Heart Association certification
* At least two years' experience in pediatric nursing
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
