Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Review: Conduct thorough reviews of loan applications to ensure compliance with agency regulations and guidelines.
  • Credit Analysis: Analyze creditworthiness of loan applicants and make recommendations for loan approval or denial.
  • Loan Origination: Originate new loans and ensure timely and accurate processing of loan documents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to loan applicants and borrowers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including loan underwriters, credit analysts, and loan officers, to ensure seamless loan processing and approval.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in agricultural finance, loan origination, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software.
