Painter Specialist

Westgate Resorts is currently seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to painting and decorating the exterior of our properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining the high standards of Westgate Resorts. As a Painter, you will work independently and as part of a team to ensure that all exterior surfaces are painted and decorated to the highest level.

• Prepares all surfaces for paint using drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfaces.
• Applies primer or mildewcide prior to paint where needed.
• Applies paint to prepared exterior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller or brush.
• Applies caulking where needed.
• Applies concrete stain to walkways and entrances.
• Mixes paint to achieve desired color.
• Sets up and uses ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Leaves work areas in safe, neat clean conditions.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must have a valid Florida state Driver's License.
