Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting exterior surfaces, including walls, windows, and doors. This includes applying primer or mildewcide as needed, using drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfaces, and ensuring all work areas are left safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare exterior surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as necessary.
• Apply primer or mildewcide to surfaces as needed.
• Paint exterior surfaces using paint guns, rollers, or brushes.
• Caulk cracks and joints as needed.
• Mix paint to achieve desired color.
• Set up and use ladders and scaffolding safely.
• Ensure all work areas are left safe, neat, and clean.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

• A valid Florida state Driver's License.
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• The skills and knowledge to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary Range

$15 per hour - $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
