Job Summary

Entergy is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our Cyber Security initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing IT/Cyber Security projects to deliver approved scope with cost and schedule control, while ensuring alignment with defined PMO stage gate processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan and execute the project in adherence with this plan.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate the efforts of all project participants, including consultants and contractors.
  • Manage the project in line with the project budget and ensure effective implementation of project controls.
  • Provide clear, timely, and accurate project status reports to management and prepare reports and presentations as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading IT/Cyber Security projects as a project manager or program manager.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in project management waterfall fundamentals.
  • Technical understanding of IT or Cyber Security systems, with experience in creating and managing project schedules.
  • Proficient in office tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMI PMP Certification or alternate project management certifications.
  • Experience in creating and managing project schedules, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
