Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operations to ensure timely commencement and execution of work for customers.
  • Actively engage with management and field personnel to ensure service quality is exceptional and unmatched.
  • Oversee Wireline Operators and assist in training and developing field personnel.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage field supplies and inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Valid CDL with HazMat endorsement.
  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain good standing with the ATF.
Physical Demands:

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Driver Criteria:

Noble Casing Inc requires drivers to have a clear driving record and be able to pass a background check.
