Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on health promotion and disease management.
  • Augment the ability of physicians to provide medical services to patients, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional care.
  • Collect and document data, conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order and schedule laboratory studies and professional consultations, and provide direct patient care services.
  • Work collaboratively with multiple IM providers to care for patients in the Primary Care setting.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
