Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Medical City Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized patient care, advocating for patients' rights, and promoting a safe and healthy environment. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and exceed patient satisfaction expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures to ensure optimal patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
  • 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
