About the Job:
Vista Prairie Communities is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our senior living community on a day-to-day basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a professional, trained, and motivated staff within current budget and state and federal guidelines.
- Deliver and manage care through the Aspire Lifestyle Model to honor residents and enhance their quality of life.
- Lead staff to achieve goals in all areas, including marketing, resident care, culinary services, activities, maintenance, and community relations.
- Engage residents using the Aspire 5 pillars of wellness.
Requirements:
- Minimum two-year degree in business, geriatrics, health care, human services, or a related field required.
- Minimum of three years of progressive management experience, including at least two years of management in the senior living industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
- Must be 21 years or older.
