We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infant Room Assistant to join our team at the Wayne Early Learning Center. As an Infant Room Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the lead teacher in creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, ensuring the classroom is a safe and welcoming space for infants, and supporting their emotional and physical development. You will also engage with parents and caregivers, providing updates on the child's progress, and help monitor and document daily activities and developmental milestones.

Qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in infant care or a childcare setting, and a passion for working with young children. The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 per year, based on national averages for Early Childhood Educators in similar roles.
