Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at FactoryFix.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate maintenance personnel, assigning duties and providing verbal or written work instructions
  • Conduct required employee training and assist HR with the interviewing process
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, air cylinders, and solenoid valves
  • Maintain and upgrade die casting machines per supervisor's request
  • Cross-train with other team leaders on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair
  • Act as a liaison between shifts for effective communication

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in a maintenance field or equivalent experience
  • 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to read electrical prints and familiarity with ERP systems
