Retail Cannabis Supervisor

At 4Front Ventures, we are seeking a talented Dispensary Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Dispensary Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing full support to the team, assisting with rest and lunch breaks, communicating departmental updates, and executing all processes within the department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest-related inquiries
• Working cross-functionally with the floor and inventory departments to maintain optimal organization and service
• Assisting with product-related inquiries, including cultivator/vendor information and strain details
• Collaborating with management to maintain high team morale and resolve conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with all local and state laws, as well as maintaining knowledge of store vendors, products, and industry trends

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
