Office Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet fellow employees, clients, and visitors with a warm welcome and provide them with any necessary information or directions.
• Plan company trips and outings, creating itineraries to ensure successful off-site activities.
• Schedule appointments for employees and maintain an up-to-date calendar to ensure seamless communication.
• Ensure the front office remains secure by enforcing proper sign-in procedures for all visitors.
• Respond promptly to incoming phone calls and emails, guaranteeing that important information reaches the right people.
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• A high school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent is required.
• Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or similar, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is mandatory.
Compensation: $35,000
