Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Ludlow Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect in-process products for conformity to blueprints and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
  • Update and maintain quality procedures and records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality inspection role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with measuring tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ISO 9000 standard and procedures.
  • 2-3 years of experience with Statistical Process Control.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified AS9100 Internal Quality Auditor.
  • Black Belt/Green Belt in Six Sigma Processing.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • CMM experience.
