About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Substance Use Counselor to join our team at Groups: Recover Together. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive outpatient treatment for opioid addiction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the treatment team and coordinate decisions about member treatment, leveraging your expertise in addiction and recovery.
  • Manage a schedule and caseload that supports the needs of the office and region, while developing your clinical skills.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver a holistic clinical model based on counseling, medication, and community.
  • Lead 2-3 group therapy sessions per week, building recovery skills and fostering community through our outlined curriculum.
  • Document members' progress using outcome measures and client feedback.
  • Engage in community relations activities, promoting Groups and its mission through outreach and education.

Requirements
