Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Factory Lead or Plant Lead in a feedmill or corn processing environment for a minimum of 4 years.
- Solid understanding of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
- Knowledgeable in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.
- Ability to foster accountability and lead by example.
- Strong skills in team building, decision-making, and people management.
