Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Attorney with a plaintiff-side focus to join our dynamic and growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of relevant experience and a strong passion for employment law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a variety of employment law cases on the plaintiff side, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on employment-related matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive client representation.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.
  • 5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on employment law.
  • A strong book of business is required.
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Previous defense experience is a plus but not required.
