Key Responsibilities:
  • Advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans based on observation and expertise.
  • Handle medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to emergency situations with confidence and calmness.

Requirements:
  • Hold an LPN Certificate or Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
  • Have a valid LPN or RN state license and CPR certification.
  • Be experienced in nursing practices and knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
