  • Accurately take food and drink orders while effectively communicating with kitchen and bar personnel.
  • Serve meals and beverages efficiently, upholding a high standard of guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and needs promptly and courteously throughout the duration of the event.
  • Support post-event cleanup and organization of the banquet area.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Physically fit to lift and transport heavy items and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Previous experience in banquet or restaurant environments is advantageous, though not mandatory.
