We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at CHRISTUS HomeCare in the San Marcos area. As a LVN, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while providing high-quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care and in coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Continually observe and report patient nursing needs to supervising RN.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, family members, and agency staff regarding patient care issues or needs.
  • Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per policy and payer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current LVN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
  • CPR Certification required.
