Housekeeper Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, and vacuum.
  • Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest queries and requests.
  • Contribute to team efforts; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others.
Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of housekeeping experience is preferred, willing to train.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, days and hours may vary, rotating weekend schedule.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
