Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform light cleaning duties to maintain establishments, including hotels, restaurants, and hospitals, in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Make beds, replenish linens, clean rooms and halls, and vacuum to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one-on-one attention to detail and responding to guest queries and requests.
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses, and contribute to team efforts to resolve issues.
  • Exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow associates, and others, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 2 to 3 years of housekeeping experience is preferred, with a willingness to train and learn.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including rotating weekend shifts and varying days and hours.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
