Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for all customers.
  • Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Longchamp products.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain extensive knowledge of Longchamp products, including features, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising, including display setup, product rotation, and floor maintenance.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and processing merchandise.
  • Store Operations: Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, sales processing, and store maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Fashion or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Three plus years of high-end retail, boutique, or sales experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in inventory management, customer sales, and merchandising; skilled in Cegid transactions and UPS System.
