The analyst will generate reports and perform analyses to support the execution of solutions and may offer consultation to clients, colleagues, and management. Participation in cross-functional teams is essential to address technical or systems-related challenges. The analyst will determine best practices and propose enhancements to current methodologies. This experienced-level position necessitates ongoing career development in the field and acquiring knowledge of industry standards. A moderate level of experience and proficiency in the field is required.

Knowledge Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within the functional area. General awareness of departmental/business lines, operations, policies, procedures, and technologies relevant to Reserve Banks and/or the System.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and both oral and written communication skills tailored for the intended audience.

Risk Management Responsibilities:
The individual must comprehend and apply risk management principles in decision-making processes and contribute to the risk management functions of their role.

Decision-Making Authority:
Operates under direction with minimal supervision; adheres to established methods and clear policies. Makes decisions based on general instructions or established procedures.

  • UX/UI Design Expertise: Enhance accessibility and user experience of digital platforms, including product pages, infographics, and landing pages.


  • Metrics/Data Collection and Analysis Proficiency: Identify opportunities and methodologies for data collection, customer survey design/analysis, and reporting.


  • Content and Product Marketing Skills: Support and enhance current team objectives with a journalistic writing style and a strong customer-centric approach.


Qualifications:
1) Conducts complex analyses of business challenges utilizing established methodologies and tools within technology sectors.
2) Collaborates with clients and other resources to evaluate current capabilities, identify customer needs, and recommend improvements in business processes within technology domains.
3) Provides complex support and collaboration in completing analyses, generating ad-hoc reports, information or process mapping, and aligning business resources.
4) Contributes to and engages in discussions regarding process improvement and solutions, presenting outcomes in both written and verbal formats to senior management.
5) Develops and designs new business processes and updates existing processes within technology areas.
6) Participates in cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects within technology sectors.
7) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers will be utilized.

Physical Requirements:
Some degree of sitting (for extended periods), standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of items weighing less than 20 lbs is required.

Work Hours:
Extended work hours may be necessary, and occasional travel including overnight stays may be required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience along with 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience is expected.
