Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Pchresorts. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high service standards, handling cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures.
  • Serve all food and beverage items according to use records and established procedures.
  • Assist with busing tables when necessary.
  • Exercise positive warm hospitality, striving for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, that the table is free from dirty dishes, etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of food items and have excellent communication and guest relations skills.
