**Job Summary**

Pchresorts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain high service standards and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service

• Handle cashiering responsibilities and check control procedures

• Serve all food and beverage items according to established procedures

• Assist with busing tables when necessary

• Strive for finer points of service, such as ensuring that water glasses are filled and tables are free from dirty dishes

• Exercise positive and warm hospitality

• Maintain knowledge of food items and menu offerings

• Develop and maintain excellent communication and guest relations skills

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**

• 1+ years of experience in a fine dining or banquet service environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including menu offerings and preparation methods

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high service standards
