As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our diagnostic imaging department, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives that align with the hospital's mission and vision.
  • Lead and manage a team of radiologic technologists, radiologists, and other support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of diagnostic imaging services.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
  • MRT licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
