Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental goals and objectives that align with the hospital's mission and vision.
- Lead and manage a team of radiologic technologists, radiologists, and other support staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of diagnostic imaging services.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) certification.
- MRT licensure in the State of Texas.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business.
