Job Title: Senior Manager Sourcing for Men's and Women's Sweaters

At PVH Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Sourcing for Men's and Women's Sweaters to join our team. As a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for leading the dual-gender management of the sweater product category, supporting business strategies and overarching Supply initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for men's and women's sweaters, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, technical design, global merchandising, and merch planning, to drive top-line, profitable sales.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new vendors and negotiating contracts.
  • Develop and maintain cost-guidance tools for design teams to reference when building products into designated cost buckets.
  • Maximize gross margin opportunities through leverage, product re-engineering, and product versioning.
  • Establish and maintain cost folios within approved vendor matrices.
  • Facilitate team management of Entefy and Centric PLM system costing updates.
  • Lead vendor counter-sourcing initiatives, in alignment with sourcing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain related space.
  • Sweater expertise is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong soft skills, ability to influence across and up.
  • Experience working with global mills and vendors.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and excellent follow-up skills.
  • Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team, transcending different cultures, geographies, and time zones.
