Pediatric Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Healthcare Professional to join our team at Southern Medical Management LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care, conducting thorough medical services within the scope of education, training, and experience.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, utilizing leadership and professional development skills to ensure quality patient care.
- Assess, interpret, and integrate findings to determine appropriate diagnostic, educational, and therapeutic management plans for patients.
Requirements:
- Hold an active South Carolina license to practice medicine as a Nurse Practitioner.
- BLS/PALS certification.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze, plan, and coordinate medical care while making appropriate medical decisions.
- Flexibility in responding to changing demands.
- Effective teamwork with physicians and other staff.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, including 401(k), health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
