Legal Receptionist

Harvis, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist to join our client, O'Donnell Law Offices, in Kingston. As the first point of contact for clients, this role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and prior experience with typing from dictation.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting clients, and responding to inquiries.
• Communicate with clients and potential clients to obtain necessary information and documents.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for existing and potential clients.
• Support attorneys with typing from dictation, using earphones and pedals.
• Prepare documents and communications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in an office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and typing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a legal setting a plus.
• Bilingual preferred.

This is an onsite role with no option for hybrid or remote scheduling. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. A competitive starting wage and excellent benefits package are offered.
