Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend applications for production environments.
  • Deploy and manage services in cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS.
  • Adhere to best practices for securing cloud-based services.
  • Analyze data, processes, and code to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Identify and implement optimal solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide operational support for custom development and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct unit testing and rectify code defects.
  • Assist in technical design and documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create solutions that fulfill business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and their fundamentals.
  • Current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of presenting in group settings.
  • A sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 75% of the time.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office equipment.

The projected compensation range for this position is $141,100-$234,400. Various factors can influence the final salary, including relevant experience, skills, geographic location, education, and certifications. Additionally, ManTech offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, disability coverage, retirement savings, and professional development opportunities.
